Copyright and License

1. Copyright Ownership
Authors who publish with Kalamantra International Journal of Accounting and Management (KIJAM) retain the copyright of their articles. By publishing in KIJAM, authors grant the journal the right to publish the work and identify KIJAM as the original place of publication.

2. License Terms
Articles published in KIJAM are licensed under the Creative Commons Attribution-ShareAlike 4.0 International License (CC BY-SA 4.0). Under this license, readers may copy, share, distribute, and adapt the published work for any lawful purpose, including commercial use, provided that proper credit is given to the original author(s) and the source of publication. If the work is adapted or modified, the resulting work must be distributed under the same or a compatible license.

3. Author Rights and Responsibilities
Authors are free to share and reuse their published articles, including through personal websites, institutional repositories, and academic platforms, as long as the original publication in KIJAM is properly acknowledged. Authors are also responsible for obtaining permission to use any copyrighted material belonging to third parties that is included in their manuscripts.
