Archive Policy

Sandhana International Journal of Multidisciplinary Studies (SIJMS) is committed to ensuring the long-term availability, integrity, and accessibility of its scholarly content. This policy covers published articles, supplementary files, and their associated metadata. All published content is retained through the journal’s official Open Journal Systems (OJS) platform. Akadexa Publisher is responsible for maintaining regular backups of the journal’s database and publication files to support restoration in the event of data loss, technical failure, or service disruption. For long-term distributed preservation, SIJMS adopts the Public Knowledge Project Preservation Network (PKP PN) as its designated digital preservation service. Once the journal has fulfilled the applicable eligibility and technical requirements, its published content will be deposited through PKP PN and preserved using distributed LOCKSS-based infrastructure.

This system maintains multiple validated copies of journal content to support permanent preservation and recovery if the journal’s website becomes unavailable. The Editorial Team will monitor the journal’s preservation status. A preservation manifest or confirmation link will be displayed on this page after the journal’s content has been successfully accepted and deposited in the preservation network. SIJMS will not claim participation in PKP PN, LOCKSS, CLOCKSS, or any other preservation service until such participation has been officially activated and verified. More information about digital preservation is available through the PKP Preservation Network and the LOCKSS Program.
